Hi there, this is a burner account. Today marks 4 months of week-long streaks and many relapses, after I broke a year long NoFap streak. I have watched my marks go from 90% to sub-50%, and am watching my dreams of becoming a doctor slowly become less and less realistic. this is happening in my final year of high school. I've previously written guides on r/nofap, and given advice to others, but now feel dread and immense shame as I'm now much worse than other people. My situation (and actions) is even more worse because I'm a leader in a boys youth group, and used to give lectures to stay away from such content.
I would like to hear stories from people who have previously broken free of Nofap, and been able to reach their goals even though they were at rockbottom. thanks :)
