Got restoration email after permanent suspension appeal, but account still suspended 48+ hours later

My X account (@InduwaraMa89985) was permanently suspended for about a year. I appealed and finally got an email saying there was “no violation” and that my account had been restored to full functionality.

But 48+ hours later, the account still shows as suspended/read-only in app and browser. Password reset, logout/login, cache clear, nothing worked.

The reactivation flow even says “User not found,” and new appeals first gave instant automated replies, but now say my original case is in the queue.

Has anyone had this exact “approved but not actually restored” situation? How long did it take or what fixed it?

I still have extremely slow response times for 3 or 4 days now. The global outage seem to have been fixed by now but why do I still have the same issue? Even on fast mode there's around 20 secs delay.
