Lenevo ThinkPad E14 Ryzen cursor lagging while using touchpad while charging
We had recently went to a lenevo store to buy ThinkPad E14 but it was not available in store so they said they will order it.
It arrives yesterday and when we went into the store to pick it up and check if everything is fine.
We noticed that whenever we plugged in cable for charging the cursor started to lag alot. We told the staff and they said it's because drivers and software updates were pending.
They updated everything and it got better(90 percent resolved but still 10 percent). When we told them this they kept saying more software updates will come and that will fix it so just take the laptop home with you.
We told them that we will only accept the laptop if everything is fixed.
So wanted to ask if anyone has idea why this would happen and if it really is software problem or is it hardware.
