Title says it all, endocrinologist prescribed 100mg every 3 weeks and asked me to get serum testosterone done on the 10th day. I usually hear you're supposed to get trough level blood tests so I was wondering if anyone else was prescribed something like this.

I got a test done and had 540 ng/dL on the 10th day. But, later after a different shot I got a test done on the 14th day and I had 175 ng/dL. Feels like it got weirdly low for just 4 more days? Did I do the shot wrong and leak out testosterone?
