Hi, was wondering if anyone has experienced this before or is experiencing this. Sometimes, when I go to sleep or try to sleep, I can never fall asleep without feeling extremely dizzy as if I was going to faint and then I jolt up in a panic and my heart would be racing. It happens pretty randomly and on and off, some nights I could sleep fine and then some would be a struggle. It's been going on for a few months now.

Eventually I fall asleep after rinse and repeat of falling asleep and jolting awake.
