Ran the latest update, and now the blade stoppage while it continues to drive is back. What happened to the auto blade speed slow down to prevent stoppages?
I requested the cooling kit, but at some point doing “warranty” repairs and modifications should be paid by the hour to work on this thing!
I am almost frustrated enough to go through the trouble of contacting tech support.
I have a spot in my lawn that I cannot get my one plus to mow (other than manual operation).
Have tried:
- re-mapping entire zone
- editing zone boundaries
- toggled all mowing parameters (spacing, speed, angle, obstacle detection to touch only, safe margin)
- manually cutting the area to rule out long grass.
I had another spot do this earlier this year, when merging and splitting some zones it managed to correct itself.
Any other suggestions before messaging support?
“Tech support” email is not working. How do I respond so they do not close my ticket before it gets resolution. I do not want to have to start over and wait weeks for a response.
