Yesterday i got my order delivered but it was a different product i ordered a book but they delivered a notebook 😭🥀with cheap quality then i requested return for the product but they rejected it multiple times i had return 2-3 items in this month so they gave the reason due to multiple returns your request has been cancelled then after few minutes they blocked my account and stole my money i even posted this on X but they didn't help me they just send me multiple mails that " our system has detected high number of returns from your order history this would mean you can no longer access your account"

Please help me on this 🙏🏻 it's my only number
