Hi All, can we bundle H4 EAD Standalone with spouse’s H1b amendment in premium processing?

Hi Everyone! I’m currently in H4 visa valid until May 2028. My spouse’s I140 has been approved recently so I plan to apply H4 EAD Standalone as I’m already in H4 visa. Trying to figure out best strategy for filing.

1. My spouse’s employer is filing H1b amendment in premium processing as we recently moved to new location. So can I bundle my EAD with H1b amendment? My employer mentioned that EAD cannot be bundled with an amendment, is this true?

2. File EAD standalone separately?
