In what world have I entered into, where you can't just find a crappy 10 year old car, put down 20 percent and go on about your miserably in debt life ?

It's like dealerships aren't even trying to hit us with high interest rates or fees. Anyone know any used car dealerships, that still do in house financing, $500 down, or 20 percent down with bad credit ?
