Engine keeps bogging down, air filter is clean, spark arrestor screen is clean, fuel filters are clean. Not sure whats wrong

My blower keeps bogging down on full throttle, its fine at low throttle but feels like its getting air in the line. Any thoughts? The fuel line was split so I cut it and used the better section of the line which then split more. Could this split be the issue?
