Hello everyone,

Is anyone currently on the path of getting a heat pump from Octopus Energy, could you let me know how you’re getting on?

The reason for the question is that I accepted a quote for a heat pump back in January and Octopus still hasn’t confirmed a date for installation despite planning permission being confirmed in April. They’ve sent Two engineers who do a lot of ‘umm’ and ‘erring’ which is concerning and recently said they need to do another survey which has been delayed and delayed.

Not having a great time, spent money prepping the area for the pump and also planning permission…

Your experience would be appreciated!
