IUD inserted Yesterday in the worst pain Today

Don’t really post on Reddit so this is very much a cry for help.

A little backstory
I’m a 21 year old and I’ve been seeing a new gynecologist. I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS (pmos?) endometriosis (non surgical just family history and all the symptoms) and 3cm cyst on my left ovary. To deal with these symptoms best my doctor recommended a hormonal IUD. (Minera)
I did my research and hopefully made the right decision to go ahead with it
Yesterday I was very anxious but I went to the appointment to get my IUD inserted. I took Tylenol before hand as that was recommended for me to do. The insertion itself was the most painful experience of my life. It started with the speculum and I was already crying. My doctor used injections of lidocaine into my cervix and I feel that didn’t work until after the procedure. The whole time I was in an intense amount of pain, crying and shaking the whole time. As my doctor put in the IUD I heard her say that it was tilted and I had later found out I have a arcuate uterus so the IUD was inserted towards the right side.

Fast forward to today I’m still in an extreme amount of pain. The cramping is non stop. My stomach is swollen and it looks like I’ve gained 30 pounds. I can feel the injection sites where the lidocaine went in my cervix. I’m still bleeding.
I have been taking naproxen 500mg every 12 hours and Tylenol every 4 hours. I have tried calling my doctor to see what else I can do but it went straight to voicemail. I don’t want to go to the hospital but I’m scared my body is rejecting the IUD. How do I know if this is happening? What do I do? Any advise? Anyone have an experience similar or is my pain tolerance just horrible. Thank you for anyone who replied and if any extra information or questions please let me know.
