I feel like the Primal community is in a bit of a bubble. I am not entirely sure what we need yet, but it must be something major to break this bubble and elevate us to a truly international level. 500ml raw (slightly fermented) colostrum,150-200ml beef blood,little bit of raw honey,25-30g real butter and blend for few seconds and drink 30mins before bed (optionally u can add some organs too((ideally all should be highest quality))(((genuenly worked like magic "for me🔥🔥)))
