Hello,
I have a HyperX Cloud III headset and after about one year of normal use it started to produce a buzzing/static noise.
The issue appears when I move my head and seems to depend on the cable position.
There is no visible external damage and the headset was used normally.
I have attached a photo of the box with the serial number: C1W4450DT8.
Sku:727A8AA.
Product model:CL006.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the receipt. Is there any way to proceed with warranty using the serial number?
