I am a 25 y/o female, currently in Norcal working as an LVN. I really want to move to southern california in the next year. I am single, would love to start a new life & find a good community. I would prefer to live in a studio rather than have roommates.

I would love advice on best neighborhoods and areas to live in. I prefer a young area, that is walkable. I love hiking and enjoy the beach of course.

Also, what are some things you wish someone told you before moving out in a different city on your own?
