




Frustrating experience from Zomato and Cake Opera
I placed an order for a cake from the CAKE OPERA shop on zomato. The pic that they showed is attached versus what I got is also attached. You can clearly see how shit the cake they sent me was. Kya ye paralyzed butterfly hai? Colour change on own accord but major fuck up is the finishing, 'mai tatti iss se zyada sundar kar lu". Bc pattern ke naam pe jo fondant and frosting ki hai at places finished nahi hai plus wings ki Jo waves hai they look like somebody just simply spread it with a spoon.
The infuriating part is when I complained to zomato but ai chatbot only,finally the first lady that was assigned to me simply said I understand Zara chat me pics to bhejo then just ignored my chats. Double tick aaya but she didn't see my chats and images because I pushed for a partial refund and end me kaha aap reply nahi kar rahe ho aur gayab.
Same fir ai chatbot ka cycle but second agent jo allocate kia, i applied the option earlier (jab lady allot hui thi) ki Hindi only kyuki I'm out of jammu and ghar me sirf chote bache jo school me hai, jinke lie birthday order tha plus bade buzarg jinko angrezi nhi aati, but agent iss bar personally I think specially English vala dia kyuki they knew refund manga hai and english nahi choose kia and he simply said cake theek to hai bass finishing thodi so kharab hai 19-20 ka fark hai,butterfly hi to hai plus saare purze hai, bass theek aur English jhaad ke bache par dab daba banake call cut.
I'm pissed I was charged ₹600+ for this shite and if I knew ye hua tha I would have taken matters in my own hand but ab bataya mujhe ghar valon ne.
