Jammu is doomed beyond recovery, people call me xenophobe, racist for saying that I want to protect this land, people please wake up before it is too late. Don't be so welcoming to new changes, people don't want good for you. They want this land, they want to be like us. The problem is we don't have that kind of resources to accommodate them. Protect this land at all costs. Dogras were supposed to be the protectors of this land and they are now selling this land to outsiders so that they could earn few rupees. Protect this land otherwise the people you are welcoming now will demand their right on this land tomorrow. Please read our history be proud of it and protect this land from outsiders as well as the corrupt dogras and politicians who are selling this land

ITS sad that people are protesting for language and not for jobs, development, roads, healthcare etc.

That so called dogra patraakaar guy and all the dogras who only talk about dogri and our culture during elections and on 23rd september are now demanding for punjabi as their official language only because they get more vote bank and they just want to break jammu and destroy its culture. These mfs protested against medical college cuz it had more muslim students. That dogra patrakaar was waiting for any bjp mla to show support for punjabi and once some mla did he also started making videos about it. When was the last time that you saw this Dogra patrakaar actullay reporting in Dogri and not spreading propaganda.

How about this we'll make Punjabi official language, but he will have to change his name to PUNJABI PATRAKAAR and they will make Bhojpuri the official language of Punjab cuz there are aroud 3 million UP OR Bihari immigrants there.

I had ordered something from a local place and the owner sent the package through Rapido. The Rapido guy called me (when he was at the owner’s place) and asked me if I can give him the otp even before delivering my stuff so that he can pick up one additional customer because he was getting a customer there. He said that in this way he can earn 100rs more.

Rapido is new in jammu and I haven’t used it before but still everyone knows that you don’t give opts unless the parcel is delivered.

So I politely told him that I am sorry but this doesn’t sound right and I won’t be sharing the otp unless you deliver the parcel. He again asked the same thing for like 3-4 times and i again refused. He kept on repeating that, “madam bharose naam ki bhi koi cheez hoti hai and all”.

I felt a little upset as I wanted to trust him because I knew that he can earn little more in this way. But I didn’t want myself to be scammed. I even thought that I would give him 100rs tip once he delivered my package.

Just a little background, I am a Punjabi married to a Jammu Sikh - so i speak punjabi if someone speaks to me in dogri and the guy started speaking in dogri so I also switched to Punjabi and he somehow got an idea that i am a punjabi, maybe because of my accent.

So now he came to my place, I went outside to collect my package and before I handed him his tip, this is what he said to me - (in Dogri - but I am translating it to hindi here) -

“Madam bhrose naam ki bhi koi cheez hoti hai, mein apke sath scam kyu krunga, Punjab mein hota hai aisa sabb, Ye humara Jammu hai aur hum Dogre hain hum aisa nahi krte, Apko vajah se mere 100rs ka loss ho gaya and bla bla bla”

To which i replied, “Bhaiya meine kuch galat to kiya nahi, jo rules hain usi hisab se sb kiya, aapka loss kaise hua ye? and mein to apko jaanti bhi nahi to mein aapke upr trust kaise kru… “ And I came back inside without giving him the tip.

I literally felt so upset. I have always tried to help delivery guys as I feel they are in need, they work so hard just to earn few rupees. He targeted me even though he was the one who’s wrong here. How am I liable for his loss? That wasn’t even a loss at first place.

I have been living in Jammu since last 2.5 years, i am married here. This is my place and my home. How can someone like him just come and say such mean things to me. It literally hurts.

What are your views on this??

Short Summary - A Rapido delivery guy asked me multiple times to share the OTP before delivering my parcel so he could take another customer and earn ₹100 extra.
I politely refused
When he finally delivered it, he blamed me for his ₹100 “loss” and said, “Punjab mein hota hai aisa, hum Dogre aisa nahi karte.”

Hit and Run Case (My Mother)

My mother took a lift from home on bike to go to market on 26 sep. But Unfortunately A car arriving very fast hit them from behind and ran away without stopping or taking them to hospital . My mother survived with injury on hand And bruises on arm and leg. Someone brought my mother to me, thereafter i took her to hospital and doctor has done plaster on hand and the Bike rider was unconscious on ground, people assumed he might be dead but later ambulance had arrived at the spot to help that man . During the accident she remembered the car and the number.

We reported the incident to our police station next morning along With cctv recordings. Police kept on saying we are tracing the car Wait. After making multiple visits and requests the FIR got registered yesterday i.e 30 sep After 5 days. They seized the car today And that person is not pleading guilty and was arguing in the police station.

The Fir with sections 281/125a is lodged on Unknown Person instead on the car owner neither on the person who was driving .

Any Advocate here who can provide legal help.
Or provide some guidance.

Or Any other person who has any influential or political connections and can use it fairly to escalate the case and help my mother get justice.
