Hello guys, we 3 friends building a service based web app and now we are in the state registration of the company, we are so confused that weather to go for a partnership or LLP and in which class we have to register, either class 42 or class 45 or both(ours is similar to dating app)weather its a registration of the domain or trademark, and is GST necessary to open a current account?

And if I missed any points regarding this please let me know
