Tree causing trouble.

Next to our flat is a massive tree. Blocks light , leaves , other bits all over the balcony etc. council won’t do anything. Best way to kill it? A few litres of Weed killer at the base? Any other ideas.

M52 - recommend me day and night creams. Please.

I’m a bloke but getting old(ish) now. Can you give me a couple of good general face creams. I mainly put fave cream on after a shower at night. So a night cream primarily - then something to put on in the morning to reduce lines , wrinkles etc. thanks so much. Currently use nivea day and night creams. Thank.

Elite Direto xrt versus stages crank power meter. 30w difference.

Changed battery in stages crank. Recalibrated both , updates firmware Etc etc. but still my trainer reads 30w higher than my stages crank. Trainer is connected to Zwift and stages crank connected to garmin. I’ve tried everything but still a massive difference. Any ideas?

I was on week 6. But after the update 2 days ago I’m not even enrolled now. Luckily I knew where I was in the plan. I had done everything so far and wanted to complete. I will complete but..

Beer belly

Male. Of course I don’t drink - at all. Food not too bad , haribo, bread etc now and again. Riding 6-7 hours per week. Pretty active otherwise. FTP 314w but just have the biggest belly and around midsection. Legs ok - arms skinny. Think they call it skinny fat. Any ideas to lose it - basically looks like I’m pregnant.

Skinny fat help.

6 hours a week cycling hard. That’s it. Rest is sitting down working pretty much. I have a cyclist racing physique but just the biggest skinny fat belly. I’m eating toast for breakfast , then small bowl of shreddies , lunch sandwich dinner pasta. Snack in evening. Throw in some chocolate and haribo and sports gels too. Not a big eater tbh - diet is a bit rough but arms skinny.

Ooooh my teeth

Went to a dentist last week. No pictures but erosion is pretty bad. Yes sweets and fuzzy drinks and I know these are bad. But doing a sales pitch on me they showed me a picture of some teeth they had on a patient who they repaired. I saw the before and after , amazing. Dentist said £400 a tooth. It was filing the teeth down - it just looked like a nice coating that levelled them out , made white etc. looked amazing. Any idea what this is before I ask rhem?

Currently on week 6. And something I’ve noticed so much (never had this before) is the ultimate elation and something rushing through my body when my 2min hard interval goes from 400w down to 155w (using erg). Feels so amazing - of course I’m going hard then stopping but omg. Anyone else get this pure joy lol.
