How do you get raid teams ready fast without wasting TMs or scrolling forever?

I live in a Midwest suburb and mostly play on evening walks. My local raid group is small but steady, and I always feel like the slow one when an egg hatches because I am still fiddling with teams and scrolling through my roster.

I know about the recommended teams and that you can prebuild parties, but I keep hitting the same problems:

  1. The recommended picks often choose Pokemon that survive but do almost no damage to the boss.

  2. When I try to build my own, I waste time filtering by type and then forget which ones are actually powered up with the right moves.

  3. I do not want to burn a bunch of TMs to make a perfect counter for every boss since I am not hardcore.

For people who raid regularly, what practical system do you use to have decent teams ready fast? Do you keep a handful of generalist teams (one per attacking type), or do you make boss-specific teams and update them each rotation? Do you rely on tags, favorite only your raid attackers, or use a naming convention? Any simple setup that works when you are standing outside in the sun and the lobby clock is ticking would be really helpful. Thanks!
