My TV wont turn on, the LED light just blinks red. Ive already tried the restart and it doesnt work. Now Ive tried to download the firmware update and it says that the serial number doesnt exist 31DA1G22411GDEAADL10217 neither does apparently the model number on the website. Ive contacted the support but they only told me that theyve opened a ticket.... Did anynone have a similiar problem???
