quick question about tv show scripts

so i know that when you introduce a character for the first time they should be in all caps (ex: TOM CRUISE), however i was wondering if they should be in all caps the first time they’re introduced each episode.

i can’t go out tomorrow but these are my results of the past week. the first slide is the number of steel pokemon i got (i got rid of a few but it’s still the same number) then the shinies then the hundo then the ones that were a stat of 98 just thought i’d share. (i use an auto catcher and i did a bunch of field research)
