My Steam Deck looks like it Kaput, and with the shortages and used prices I think I’ll wait until I can purchase a new one. So since it’s so easy to get, has anyone had any experience with the Ally and how Steam runs on it? Particularly the cheaper version.

Just sent my deck to valve for repairs and I’m just wondering how much they stay in contact. Will they let me know when they receive it and scan it in? Do they contact you when they figure out the problem and when repairs are done? Just curious.
