High microalbumin/creatinine ratio but normal creatinine levels, seeking advice.

I am a male, 33, from a South American country; I have gone from 131 to 117 kg in the last few months (I am 1.70 cm tall, around 5.7 i think) and recently got bloodwork done, because my eldest brother suffered from kidney disease and died in 2012. From mom’s side, a female cousin, my grandpa and an uncle all had kidney issues, my uncle is fine and my cousin is in dialysis but under control. Grandpa passed away from unrelated causes (brain related)

My results are as follow:
Creatinine 0.95 mg/dL → normal
BUN (nitrógeno ureico) 13.7 mg/
239 mg/g (reference <20

I do not have high blood pressure, am not diabetic (92 mg/dL an hour after eating) and have no chronic disease diagnosis. My triglycerides are very high, though, and I have a lot of visceral fat.

The only weird thing other than the weight is a rather severe sleep apnea; around 150 episodes per hour. I am currently waiting for a CPAP. I do not know if my liver is fine but doctors have never suggested anything. My thyroid levels are also fine.

Should I worry about this? Is this a sign of kidney disease and if so how severe? What can be done? I have an appointment with an endocrinologist on Thursday by the way.

Any advice is much appreciated.
