I’ve been playing for 15+ years and recently jumped back into taking regular lessons (going on 8 months now). My teacher has been pushing me to learn some solos and to figure out songs by ear.

I had a couple hours on my hands during a recent vacation. I threw some music on shuffle and tried to play along with whatever came on. It was so much fun - I was actually quite surprised by how much I could figure out by tinkering and playing along.

Just a fun exercise and really gets the ears & fingers going!
