I do not have experience (6 months only on bulk carrier as 4th engineer), but someone offered me job on a powership, i am a bit hesitant because "what if i cannot do? what if i fail?".
i don't know much about these ships either (as in 3rd engineer duties)
would appreciate if anyone knows or has experience to share.

here i asked for tips and advice about ice class ships, during interview with crew management company they said "you took 3 years break, lets send you an another type of vessel on another company for a contract or two then i will make sure you are working on the first one i mentioned"
i agreed to it, because well i have not much option anyway, it is container vessel and made in 1994, salary is the same, i will be working as 4th engineer.
any tip for someone like me who took long break after first contract?
I was thinking, maybe i calibrated higher than what i deserve or doing something wrong, but every game is stomp, i am not saying they have smurf or my team mates are bad but idk how to deal with this situation. i know i make mistakes and i know some games i play well enough.

I was watching this game and realized first 5 minutes, both ogre and np was ignoring bh like not hitting him at all almost, is there any specific reason for that? cuz i know if i play bh opponent will spam fireblast or other spells and right click, all just on me but here he was doing what he wants.
yes i know he has invis but even when he right clicks and be visible for the duo, they just do not deal damage to him.
is there any specific reason for that? they think it is useless to do?
I have not been playing dota for long time (1 and half year maybe?)
I want to play again but I am not sure which heroes are good or bad at the moment and not actively playing so cannot decide whether the previous heroes i was playing would be good or bad.
