I-485 derivative
Preparing employment-based I-485 for myself and my wife (derivative applicant). My wife is currently on F-1 status as a Master’s Plan A thesis student and has not been paid for the last 4–5 months because she is only working on her thesis under Grad 999 enrollment.
For her I-485 supporting documents, I am already including: tax return transcripts,I-20s,
appointment letter from the department, enrollment verification, etc. Do I also need to include previous pay stubs/paychecks from when she was funded, or are the appointment letter and tax transcripts usually sufficient?
Would appreciate hearing from anyone with a similar F-1 derivative adjustment experience.
