I am from TN and we don't usually have the concept of last name. Currently my name in cc is printed as First Name followed by initial, whereas in office records name is captured as First Name and Last name (expansion of my initial), hence when they issue any tickets for official travel, it is issued as FN followed by LN without initials. Will there be any issue if I use my cc in domestic lounges due to the last name differences in CC and Boarding Pass?

I have recently got LTF offer on Icici with 4L credit limit. As I don't have any other ICICI card i have applied for it, so that I can use it for online offers. However, I realised from sales person I am also eligible for ICICI MMT card which actually provides domestic lounge benefits without spending criteria. Should I cancel my Sapphiro application and apply for MMT or should I apply for MMT card additionally?
