Am I being dramatic or should I get checked?

I am 5’5” 25yo female currently at 142lbs. I am extremely active (run at least 15-20 miles/ week, walk at least 3 miles on an incline per day and lift 3 times a week). My body always seems to want to be around 146-148lbs if I eat whatever I want but I am most confident when I am around 130lbs. I generally gain & lose the same 5-10lbs throughout the year (cut for summer and then relax on the diet in the winter) and I am content with this. However, this year I started increasing my running A LOT and as a result increased my calories a lot without realizing it. I ended up gaining some weight and was at about 148 in February. Since then, I have been in a caloric deficit that I STRICTLY track and I am 1000% sure I am not going over. Again, I have been able to lose weight when I wanted to in the past and I generally know what works for my body. From the Feb-April I had essentially stayed at the same weight even in a moderate deficit so I decided to increase my deficit because maybe it wasn’t low enough. Now, since April 5th (6 weeks) on a very strict 1000cal deficit I have only gone from 144-142lbs. I know a 1000 cal deficit is intense but I have just found that I can maintain a more intense deficit for a short period of time rather than a less intense deficit for longer. I always have a ton of food noise and it doesn’t change much if I’m eating 500 more calories per day. I have been feeling dizzy and lightheaded and am having constipation issues as well. I know that this can be a side effect of a calorie deficit but then shouldn’t I also be losing more weight? I started looking into my symptoms and some other symptoms I’ve had for years like perpetually cold hands and feet, severe bloating, fatigue, etc. My resting HR has also dropped to around 39-40 bpm according to my Garmin over the last 2 months. I realize I might be overreacting but would it be too early to go to the doctor to see if there is something going on with my thyroid or some other underlying condition? I’ve been in at least a minor caloric deficit since February and now a major one for 6 weeks and I just feel like I should be seeing more results.

Didn’t eat the chips with the guacamole. Tacos had thick homemade corn tortillas and a good amount of meat filling (steak and pastor). I was thinking 3-400 per taco?
