Iv had this form of contamination Ocd for over ten years now and it’s stolen everything from me but it seems like a real fear so I’m not sure it can be fixed?

worry -

• Water when showering or bathing (bathing is worse) touches genitalia which then gets on legs/ feet and is spread – I come into contact and ingest it or it touches my genitalia and I am a bad person. – also a lack of control over when im eating.

Iv been skating for about 4 years now and I’m looking to delve into flexibility training.

however I’m a student, I was paying £20 a session for 1-1 however that’s a bit too expensive and I wasn’t seeing progress as I could only do it once a week if that.

wondering if anyone has any recommendations? I’d like it to be online and not recorded so any mistakes can be rectified
