I run Modern Mart, our little home decor store in Dumas, and we're doing a stock clearance right now, so I wanted to share it here in case anyone's been meaning to spruce up their home but waiting for the right time.
We've got a mix of things: home decor artifacts, artificial and real planters, ceramic vases, Dummy Books and a bunch of other pieces we've collected over time. Prices right now are lower than what you'd find online or at other stores in the city, simply because we want to move stock.
Something I genuinely enjoy about running this place is helping people figure out what actually works for their space — happy to give suggestions if you're not sure what'll fit your home, not just point you to what's on sale.

Store timings are evening: 5.30pm to 9.30pm.
Mornings usually 10am to 1pm but we are at warehouse.
