Went to get iPhone 18 Pro MAX at Reliance Digital, I had low any expectations because I went to Croma/VijaySales/Unicorn earlier and they had no stock. To my surprise they said they have it in stock even said that they have a color I want. I showed him my old phone and he gave me the value with some exchange bonus (with their new app). We said done and he went to 'get' the phone and came empty handed with a paper that showed all the stocks and said.

"Sorry sir this color is not available we only have a black color" I didn't want to waste my time arguing so we just started to head out and said "Wait let me talk to my manager" He called him and manager came and said I have 3-4 prebooked phones available but they were all booked with apple care. If you want I can give one to you but you'll have to get apple care as well. We said no and left.

First of all, if the phones were pre-booked how can they give it to the other customer? Are they deliberately saying it's out of stock so they can push for apple care? Maybe it was a genuine offer if the other customer didn't pick it up?

I’m getting the 17 Pro for around ₹56K after exchange at Reliance Digital.

The 18 Pro seems to have better cameras, battery life, and some extra video features. What’s the real-world difference? Are features like ProRes, Apple Log, LUT support, and other pro video modes available on the 17 Pro too, or are some software-locked to the 18 Pro? For ₹56K, is the 17 Pro the better deal, or is the 18 Pro worth paying extra for?

Hey guys, I’m planning to buy a MacBook during this sale, but I’m pretty confused between the MacBook Air M4 and M5.

I’m looking at the 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD versions of both. Most of my usage will be regular office work, browsing, and some vibe coding, nothing too heavy.

The M5 is obviously newer, but I’m wondering if it’s actually worth paying the extra money for my kind of usage, or if I should just save some money and go with the M4.

What would you guys pick in this situation?

A lawyer this side. I’m looking for a tablet for strictly work purposes. My usage will mainly include using, word, PowerPoint, Excel, opening several documents, mainly PDFs at once, using Microsoft Outlook teams and working on several tabs in a browser. I have following three options:

1. Buy Ipad Air M4 in Amazon sale.
2. Buy 4.5 year old ipad pro m1 from one of my trusted sources for 30k.
3. Buy an android tab like Xiaomi Pad 8 for around 33k.

I am confused between all above options and the fact that if at all I go for a new ipad, can Ipad A16 fulfill my requirements?

Also want to confirm if ipads have a pc mode like android tablets.

Requesting the community to guide me on the most cost effective option or any other option.

Could the AppleCare coverage be extended when the existing arrangement is an upfront two-year plan?
