Does anyone know if Apple India is expected to have a Back to School offer this year (2026)? Has there been any official announcement, or is everyone just expecting it based on previous years?

Is iPhone 16 256gb with 4.5 months warranty left a good deal at 55k? BH 100% with 60 charge cycles. I know it’s 60hz but I’m okay as I have iPad and MacBook Air both at 60hz so I guess I’m comfortable in 60hz also.
One of my customer were travelling from Delhi to Hyderabad and, as usual, kept their phone for charging. Within minutes, they noticed smoke from the charging point, and they immediately pulled the plug out. Guess what?
The brand new iPhone 17 is not at all functioning. Also, they can't claim any warranty because it's not a phones' fault or anything.
This is an awareness post. As a refurbishing agent who repairs phones, I have noticed this issue a couple of times, and I have advice:
Don't plug your phones into charging into train or buses because they mostly have unstable voltage supply, which can damage your phone as well burn your pocket. Better carry a power bank and use your phone less during the journey, or else you might be the next victim.
This phone was bought just a month ago, literally breaks my heart.

My iphone 6 is damaged and beyond repairs I’m addicted to iphone 6 that I used for 7 years after multiple display repairs. I currently use an iphone 15 but the heart wants what it wants. Best about iphone 6 was that it did not have UpI or online payments supported which made me use cash and kept my expenses low. It’s still low but how lovely my life was using iphone 6 minimal screen time and amazing camera. Please if anyone has an iphone in good working conditions let me know
I recently purchased a mbp m5 pro from tresor 10 days back. I got it as a gift from someone and opened it yesterday(although it was opened)There is a curve on screen which is very less noticeable. It didn't fall down or anything. Contacted apple service. They said they can replace screen but not macbook. What should I do. The tresor store is not cooperative at all. We asked for apple care + and they gave us apple services. Were going to the store today itself. Please suggest me what should I do. You can see there's a noticeable bend. But the screen is working fine.
I came across a 16-inch Intel MacBook Pro A2141 for 33k and am thinking about picking it up as a secondary device. It's the i7 version with 16GB RAM, a 512GB SSD, and a 5.5GB GPU. My main machine is an M1 Pro, and this one will pretty much stay plugged into my desk all the time, so I'm not really worried about battery life or massive performance. Do you think it's a solid deal for that price, or should I just skip it and stick to looking for Apple Silicon?
