My Observations so far:
I tried solving some GATE CS PYQs, but couldn't understand much because the topics felt very abstract to me.
On the other hand, when I looked at GATE EE PYQs, I could relate them directly to 12th-grade JEE Physics concepts (Circuits, Electromagnetics, etc.) which I genuinely enjoy.
However, I know GATE EE is considered extremely tough with heavy numericals.
My Questions:

1. Given that I naturally incline toward Physics/Electrical concepts, does choosing VGEC Power Electronics + GATE EE make more sense than forcing myself into CSE?
2. How hard is it to clear GATE EE starting from 1st/2nd year of B.Tech?
3. What are the future M.Tech opportunities (like VLSI, EV Tech, Power Electronics) and placement prospects if I clear GATE EE from VGEC?
   Would love to hear from seniors or anyone who has been in a similar situation! Thanks in advance.

Option 1: Just stick to VGEC PE + join a coaching and target GATE EE.

• Mainly want to know:

1. Is doing M.Tech in ECE/VLSI after a B.E. in Power Electronics a good combination?

3. How is the preparation level of IITM BS ES when compared to actual GATE ECE standards?

So I just completed my 12th std , and result didnt go well , but see I have 2 option

1. join tier 3 cse where placement is almost zero
2. join guj top govt college(VGEC) (branch:- power electronic) but placement here is not that satisfactory like avg is 4-5 LPA and exceptional student crack 18lpa also

MY GENUINE INTREST:- sach kahu to I like both branch at very peak level , mujhe regret nahi hoga koi bhi branch me ye sure he , and I'm more intend toward Power electronic branch , but my main concern is ki is branch me gate EE dena jyada suitable hoga kyuki is branch syllabus jyada overlap hota he in Gate EE , but maine placement stats dekhe kai top IIT's/ Nit's me ki placement percentage ko chuda hua he like 50% / 60% , but jab maine cse mtech ka placement percentage dekha to I got shocked like mostly institute ke placement ptage are above 85% and average is pretty good compare to branch like EE

sach kahu to intrest dono me hi bohot he and EE branch is also considered as very tough branch but competetion in CSE is very high so TBH I'm very confused

But aesi soch bhi aai ki agar gate na hua to POWER ELECTRONIC me kya haal hoga vs CSE me gate na hua to kya haal hoga mera ?
To ye socha to soch aai ki CSE ki job puri skill based he to usme agar gate na hua to I will have some option but PLS SENIORS GUIDE ME WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY

see mene bohot jyada mehnat ki thi for jee but unable to clear jee with good score , I just score 94 ptile in jee mains(ik it's not that great but not that very poor) and 90.1 percentage in 12th boards but is ptile me koi achaa nit nahi mil raha he and branch sure hu ki cse hi chahiye so , after sooo sooo much hardwork I have to join tier 3 clg for cse , and during prep of jee many time I feels down but to keep me motivate I used to search IITs/Nits placement and pumped motivation in me , but after seeing placement stats of teir 3 cse I completely shattered , but found a way of gate jisse clear karke I can grab a good/dream placement , so I don't want any risk isliye 1st sem se hi gate prep karne ka soch raha hu

1. nd I'm completely blind ki how hard is gate compared to jee
2. how to start gate prep
3. where to study
4. should I join offline coaching or online (if online which platform)
5. all about subjects knowledge and konsa subject kis year me karna he ?
6. people say that you have to start DSA from 1st year ( have no idea what DSA is ? )
7. college ki 75% attendance and gate to kese manage kare

and bhaiya I have two clg option one clg is around 13km far (but good infrastructure,great facility,great hackathons , great clubs , but moderate(-) peer grp ) and second clg which is 4km far(bad infrastructure, not any facility , good faculty , moderate(+) peer grp , no any clubs hackathons any study related events ) so which clg should I join ?

My mom invested almost ₹1 lakh in BG Wealth on 19th March 2026, and now we honestly don’t know what to do. As everyone knows, “Sthephen” is now asking for an additional 12%, which makes the whole thing feel even more suspicious. I had warned my mom many times not to get involved in this, but she ignored my advice at the time. Now she feels really guilty and stressed about it.

I know this 12% demand still looks like a scam, and even though many people are sharing so-called “payment screenshots” in the Bonchat groups, it’s obvious that most of them are fake or manipulated. I’m genuinely asking whether there is anything we can actually do now — like filing a cybercrime complaint or taking any legal action to try to protect our money or report the fraud.
