I purchased a Fanatec DD PLUS 1.5 years ago. It's been fine. I only use it on PS so I'm not real computer savvy. I am attempting to update the drivers/ firmware with a windows laptop but having some trouble.

When i try to update QR it says undefined error occurring. I'm scared!

Any assistance would be appreciated!
