Hi! I’m new to the platform & I’m trying to get a realistic sense of the timeline from existing users. For those of you who were eventually offered a contract, how long did it take from the “Hiring Manager Review” stage before you heard back? Days? Weeks? Any insight is appreciated!
(I am aware of the “30 days” timeline that is stated)
I joined Micro1 this past week and really appreciate the transparency around interview performance (the dashboard). The vetted skills feature on the profile is a nice touch as well!
At first, I was nervous about taking an AI interview as part of the screening, but I actually liked it. I find it takes the human bias out of the process. It’s also great practice to refine your interview skills. So curious to see how things progress at the hiring manager stage.
It would be nice to add a sort option to the job page (date posted, pay rate, number of open opportunities etc…) & a filter option. This would make the candidate experience better.
I received an email titled - “Great work on your interview”, but it did not reference which interview. Would be helpful to add those details, as I completed 4 interviews at that stage and 3 went straight to the “Hiring manager review” step. So really not sure which it was referencing.
Overall….solid platform and candidate experience thus far 👏🏽👏🏽.
