I just started the micro dose of tirzepatide 1mg yesterday morning. By the late afternoon I had body aches and have been extremely tired. The body aches have subsided, but I just have no energy and have been sleeping most of the day. I will be increasing to 2 mg on the third week. I can’t imagine doing that if I keep feeling like this. I did try the semiglutide last year and I had to stop because it made me extremely nauseous and constipated. So I guess I’d rather have being tired than nausea. Does this go away?
