Just joined

I can’t get a straight answer about my med approval. The app doesn’t have a prescription section like they keep saying it should. My app says Noom weight. I have my email with proof of purchase. I just keep getting the run around. I submitted payment 5/13 (last Wednesday). Anyone else have this problem.

Noom Customer Service has Failed Me and Has Caused Delays in Refills

My federal insurance requires that my glp-1 is prescribed by Noom. That’s fine- I signed up and I pay my monthly fee. Twice now, the same Noom telehealth provider has sent the RX to my pharmacy and it’s been denied because this provider is not properly credentialed or hooked up to the network or something. This has not happened with a different provider and was fixed in March by a supervisor (I think). I have days of chats with my “care team” where they seem to be trying to gaslight me into thinking my medical insurance does not cover the medicine. I spoke to both my insurance and CVS Caremark and they both said it’s an issue with this particular employee of Noom, and not my coverage.

I have called Noom and waited on the line. I have emailed their support desk. NOTHING. Does anyone have suggestions at this point? Any other federal employees experiencing a similar issue?

Question about Energy

Does anyone else get energy on Tirzapetide? I'm signed up for Nooms GLP + GIP and I was just wondering if they add something else to it because I get more energy when I take mine.

Accuracy for steps?

I am just getting started. This morning I walked 2.5 miles over 1 hour, logging this manually (not using any kind of tracker). The app is telling me I walked just under 3k steps. A Google search tells me 2.5 miles is between 5k-6k steps. Any input on the discrepancy? Thanks!

Think I'm going to dump Noom

I've had nothing but problems with Noom since I started and am thinking of going with a different platform. There's many of them with different price points, reviews. Noom's app is not functioning, and there is seemingly no proper escalation chain of accountability. Also, they *appear* to HEAVILY rely either scripts or AI generated responses when interacting with customers. That seems like a company that is on the road to nowhere...

Is Noom down?? Can't log in for a few days!

Anyone having trouble with the Noom app? Nothing is working but the community feature. They said they were also unable to get in to log meals but wondering if the larger community is also having trouble

Noom med approval time

Hey! I just signed up for Noom Med and I’m very impatient. It says, the provider should review my information and say if I’m approved within 24 hours. Just wondering what everyone else’s experience was with that. Did it take longer or shorter? Were you required to provide anything else?

I know I’ll find this all out soon, but I’m just curious in the meantime :)

4th dose tomorrow and no weight lost

I’m on the microdose program and I started it in order to help with the weight gain from quitting nicotine a few months ago. I am not super tall and my abdominal fat is a huge point of insecurity for me. Tomorrow will be week 4, (my fourth dose) and as you can see I’ve only “lost” 0.3lbs but it’s just the same fluctuation daily. I’m getting discouraged maybe this isn’t working for me. I’m starving all the time still. I have some discipline with what I eat and I tend to eat very healthy because I have a chronic condition called endometriosis that I need to make sure I do not eat inflammatory foods too often.
Anyway, I wish this graph showed more of a down trend. Almost a month in with no weight loss 🫪🫪

Many Technical Issues and Poor Customer Service

I used Noom for a long period of time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. The app constantly had technical issues — glitches, syncing problems, features not working properly, and repeated frustrations that were never fully resolved.

Customer service was equally disappointing. Responses were slow, generic, and often did not address the actual problem. For a paid program, I expected far better support and a more reliable app experience.

While the behavioral approach behind Noom may help some people, the ongoing technical problems and poor customer service made the program frustrating to use.

Does it really help you lost weight faster if you stick closer to your weight loss zone?

The AI assistant told me today I'm consistently coming in under my weight loss zone, and said I might lose weight more quickly if I eat a little more protein and whole grains.

Has this been anyone's experience? I would say I'm not going to bed stuffed, but I also don't feel insanely hungry. I could eat a little more, but I'm also trying to eat mindfully and not too much.

Would love to hear your experience on this! I've been on Noom for 2 weeks and have lost 8 lbs. Trying to lose 15-20.

Side effects on microdose? Experiences?

I just started my journey yesterday by injecting 8 units which I think is .2mg the first two weeks and then increasing to 12 over the new few weeks. Anyway, I didn’t think I’d be this sensitive to it seeing how others on here have had not experienced any side effects on such a low dosage. I actually can’t even imagine being on the full dose of glp.

Since yesterday I’ve had a constant headache which feels like a little buzz in my head, very little nausea accompanied by acid reflux after eating, and I definitely was not able to properly go #2 today. I know it’s way too early to say and I could probably just ask my doctor but did anyone experience any symptoms the first two days?

Today I had breakfast of cottage cheese and apples/walnuts and then didn’t eat anything until dinner time which is pretty normal for me (I hardly ever eat 3x a day), and then I had salad with chicken wings and a Ollipop and literally felt so bloated even though i think it was barely any food. The fullness though didn’t feel normal, it felt like someone opened up my stomach and put a ton of bricks. Anyway, I’m really hoping the other symptoms go away soon cus this headache is not fun at all.

Would love you hear about yalls experience!! And if you ended up getting anti nausea pills from your doc?
