Are clinical notes actually in the app anywhere???
more than once I have had a clinician post the following:
>In the app's chat/visit summary section , the Treatment Plan/After Visit Summary posts there. The visit summary can be found within the Noom app chat/consult history. If you are still unable to locate it, please reach out to the noom care team for assistance. I will post your treatment plan again.
I use the iOS version of the apps and I haven’t seen ANYTHING like “treatment plan” or “after visit summary” except for the original telehealth visit I had to get enrolled in the Noom med program.
can someone help me with screenshots or something?????? At this point I’ve been on a GLP-1 for four months and having good results, but sure would love to read the updated treatment plans when I talk about my A1C and stuff.
