Still waiting for answer on partner visa…

I sent everything for my uk partner visa at the start of February, they requested my passport (we sent a digital copy before but they didn’t accept it) at the start of march and I sent that so they could continue the procedure, they confirmed the passport reception. I still haven’t heard anything since…

The biometrics guy said it could take 6 months to a year but the website says about 8-12 weeks? which one is correct? I’m on the 8th week now since passport reception

Friend help request

Imm trying to recover an old insta account where i have a lot of pics and memories, but the password was not working so i used the option to request your friends for help, it has been sent and i’m waiting for them to verify it… but they cannot see any request on their profile or anywhere. Where are they supposed to accept the help request?
