I recently am upgrading my CPU from a 9600x to a 9800x3d. I cleaned off the CPU grease with 91% isopropyl Alcohol and noticed the top right corner of my CPU socket is discolored.

I think my cotton pad might have gotten some Alcohol in the socket. The pc wasnt powered on and I have let it sit for a few hours.

I dont want to run the risk of frying my board or my new CPU. Any advice?
