Muscle atrophy?

Couple angles. For context- I had hip dysplasia as a child (surgery at 9) walked with a moderate limp my whole life. I’ve always worked out but this is the lowest body fat and best shape I’ve been in so idk if I’m just paranoid and noticing things. I have always favored my left side (the side with questionable bumps)I’ve also been terrible about stretching and recovery up until about a month ago. I’m 34 f for reference.

Squat form

I have a weak right hip, and compensate on my left so I’m trying to really take my time to learn the right form before I go any heavier.

Is this normal?

For context, I’ve lost 20 lbs, and I have a bad right hip (I have had a limp since 9 years old when I had hip surgery) so I’ve always favored my left side and now that I’m leaning out I’m noticing this muscle? Or does it look like something concerning? It’s not really on my right side and I am also very asymmetrical because of my hip. I’m just wondering, am I just noticing this muscle indifference because I’m losing weight and building muscle?
Some different angles of my back.

For context, I’ve lost 30 lbs, 17% body fat so I’m starting to become familiar with lumps and bumps to my body and I’ve noticed my left side has always been bigger than my right(had hip dysplasia surgery as a child) so I’ve always compensated on my left. It’s definitely sore and tight.
