I’m looking for a non-English fantasy movie or TV series.

What I remember:
- Huge underground stone city
- Medieval / Harry Potter-like atmosphere
- Dark visuals
- A child in dirty clothes finds an object that fell from the surface
- The surface had a green forest and a hole in the ground
- The child looks up into a black ceiling like a sky without stars
- Probably Russian or Eastern European
- Saw it in a TikTok clip with English subtitles

It looked like a real commercial production.
