I got the Scythe to level 13 recently and finally got the Extended Heatsink upgrade and have been enjoying it alot. But it made me remember how upset i was that the Sickle lacked the same upgrades despite also being a gun thats been in the game for so long.
But then i remembered the Spear buff, amd how they made a full remodel of the backpack to accomodste the 4th missile, than it started to dawn upon me why a lot of non-crossover based primaries lack good customization options besides scopes
They would all need model changes to make the upgrades realistic. Stuff like the Dominator, Variable and other Primaries that only have Scope upgrades, only have scope upgrades because the gun's model has a clip for the scope to slide onto and thus be interchangable.
