Hi there,

I'm genuinely so confused by the application process. I applied for a natwest balance transfer card yesterday morning and received a generic thank you for applying for the card. Two minutes later I received an email titled "Good news, ! Your credit card will be with you soon" containing generic info saying the card will be with me in 5 days and online banking info (which doesn't yet work). However it states I'll receive a text when the cards on its way.. But nothing yet.

Am I right in thinking the application was successful and its likely a delay in the text?
