Hi friends, I'm having a problem that, from my research, has happened to others. Both Playstation and Daybreak give me the same generic solutions, passing me from one to the other, and neither solves it. This bug, from what I've researched, can be solved by accessing my old PS4 where I used to play the game, but I don't have access to it. Does anyone know of any other way?

I can't play the game on my PS5. I've tried every generic solution you can think of (reinstalling the game, rebuilding the database, factory settings, PS4 version, everything) and I keep getting this error. When I press X after the error, this bug happens with the character model in the middle of the screen, where I can move the camera. Does anyone know a solution? The support team seems too lazy to help me.

Can anyone who plays on PlayStation tell me if have the same problem?
