Sending Prescriptions to Express Scripts?
Hey y'all I recently signed up to Ro.co and registered using my local CVS as my preferred pharmacy. It was only then that I realized my new insurance needed me to use Express Scripts. I sent Ro.co a message in the support section asking them to make the switch. They ended up sending my Zepbound prescription to a random Sam's Club pharmacy in Florida with a similar sounding street address... I don't live anywhere near Florida. The address I provided them was "4600 North Hanley Road, St Louis, MO 63134" and the phone number I provided was "888-327-979". It's one of the largest pharmacies in the US, I've seen people on this subreddit use it before, I find it hard to believe that they can't find it or that it's not in their system. Did I use the wrong information for Express Scripts? Am I missing something? Should I try sending the same information again? Should I just cancel my prescription, sign up for a different service, and pick the right pharmacy from the get go? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
