I don't know who else to ask, so this is my first time asking Reddit. Basically, I wanted to do the age check to chat with my friends. When I first tried with my Government ID, it said that they noticed my birthdate to be Feb 22nd, 2017, which was obviously incorrect.
After a second try, still using my Government ID and a Face Check, they said that I finally got in the 18-20 age group. However, when I checked, it said my age group was 9-12 and my birthdate was.. Feb 22nd, 2017. Why did they use back the same birthdate that I already told them, was wrong?
Unfortunately, I don't see any "Reset" button underneath, I'm not too sure but I heard that your account is supposed to be 13+ to reset the age check? Additionally, I contacted Roblox Support but they just keep sending AI responses, they even gave up on me by just saying that they can no longer help. Another thing is that, I think if you do the age check once, you can reset it once too. I don't recall doing the age check though, this is my first time doing the age check, so shouldn't I have a reset button?
Am I just going to have to talk to children now..? I don't understand what David is even trying to do.. Also, I don't want to make a new account, I've had my account for 6 years, and spent a good bit of money on that account. I'm not too sure if there's any other solution, but has anyone else gotten into this situation too though?
