ACT 1 Abilities: Physical fighting (like Star Platinum), 1.5 meters

(Laughter) Can induce intense happiness in the user or others, keeping them devoid of other emotions, and can be used as a painkiller. (5 meters) (DOES NOT HEAL WOUNDS.) This ability can also cause enemies to have worse reaction times, sense of urgency, and perception.

One of the only drawbacks is that this stand may accidentally harm other people around it when using its ability, so it may be unpredictable.

Destructive Power: B Speed: A- Range: D Durability: B+ Precision: C Development Potential: A+

ACT 2 Abilities:

(Laughter) Its Laughter ability is now stronger, and it can make foes incapacitated by giving them uncontrollable laughter. (7 meters) (This ability does not make enemies get injured in any way.)

This stand’s ability is now able to pick and choose who it affects, not randomly.

ACT 3 Abilities:

This stand can now make people laugh so hard that they start to experience intense pain. If laughing hard enough, it could affect the heart and blood flow, leading to heart explosion (4 meters)

(Punchline) This stand can change reality so that it can make something “funny.”

This is entirely judged based on the user’s sense of humor, as an overly serious character like Jotaro would be unable to use it properly. Although an overly malicious character would be able to use this stand to the fullest, as their psyche would allow the stand to be deadly. (20 meters)

If it helps create the “punchline”, items may show up that weren't there before. This does not mean that the user can choose to create items, yet it happens without the user’s choosing.

Drawbacks and notes:

Riff Raff is weak to long-range stands and would be unable to affect them in former acts.

Its abilities would be useless against characters that are “mindless,” such as stands that do not share their user’s thoughts, or primal users or animals. In the case of this, ACT 1 would be preferable.

Stress would make the stand weaker since it would dampen its effects, yet if it uses its own abilities on the user, this would not affect the user.

Items cannot warp around the user, only move around to better help the “punchline”, and the reality change would only happen during a fight, when the user is in a position where they can attack their opponent. This means that ACT 3’s ability cannot be used to defend the user, but its other abilities can. However, it can make the terrain harder for its enemies to attack the user, but only when the user is actively trying to attack the enemy. Only ACT 3’s abilities are based solely on the user's opinion; the other abilities are based on both the user and the enemy.

This stand would be harder to use against people with stronger minds, such as Jotaro and early mentors such as Baron Zeppeli. This doesn't mean the stand is useless against these characters; it just would be less effective.

Its abilities would only trigger if the user is in danger or if the user actively chooses to attack someone. It cannot work to help the user in any other way than in battle.

Humor is based on the user’s true thoughts, not just false thoughts used to make the stand stronger. Based on what the user thinks is “funny,” the effects of this stand's abilities would change. This ability is not meant to be overly absurd or hilarious, yet it still can be depending on the user's opinion.

The strength of the stand may change over time based on the user evolving, whether it be age or opinion.

Its effects may backfire on the user, but only because of the user's incompetence. This stand will never try to disadvantage its users. Its design would look similar to a mix of The Hand and King Crimson, and the general idea behind its ACTs would be like Mega Mewtwo x, and Mega Mewtwo y, with normal Mewtwo being ACT 2

Riff Raff’s pain-killing abilities wear off based on its ACT. ACT 1: 1 minute~ ACT 2 1:45 minutes~ ACT 3 3:15 minutes~

Riff Raff can change acts, based on the situation, since Riff Raff’s acts change size and muscle mass: ACT 1 being incredibly muscular, ACT 2 being slightly muscular, And ACT 3 being slim and barely muscular.

Its speed also ranges with its ACT, based on its muscle mass.

This stand would be generally unable to go against a stand like GER and King Crimson, due to the bullshit that comes with time-related stands. Just because it is unable to fight these foes does not mean it is weaker than they are. (DO NOT TRY TO POWER SCALE WITH GER I BEG TO GOD)

Some inspirations for Riff Raff’s powers and design are King Crimson’s color scheme, the song (obviously), that one guy from JJK, the smiley face is based on some drawings I made, OC Ideas, and ACT 3’s ability is also slightly inspired by Gear 5 Luffy and Toon Force.

I might come up with a user, I'm not sure…

Oh, and I'm thinking about making another act that is weaker, but is faster and more animal-like.
