Im in this cycle and idk how to get out of it. If anyone has anything useful or tips please lmk. This will be my 5th time in inpaitent and ive exceeded the limit of going to a day hospital program. Im worried its going to be like this forever. I was going to od today and im sitting in my guidence office waiting for my mom to pick me up and bring me to the hospital. Ive also been self harming forever and that wont stop either. If someone also feels like they are in this cycle, you aren't alone. And if someone has been in this cycle and knows how to get out of it lmk.
