Looking for accommodation in Kaiserslautern

I am an international student from India. I have been admitted to the Master's programme at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau for the Winter Semester 2026/27.
I am currently looking for accommodation in Kaiserslautern from 1 October 2026
My preferences are:
• Single room / studio apartment
• 2-person shared apartment (WG)
• 3-person shared apartment (WG)
Budget: €250–€400 per month.
I am a non-smoker, responsible, clean, and respectful tenant. I do not have any pets and will focus primarily on my studies.
For my residence registration and visa requirements, I would need:
• Mietvertrag (rental contract)
• Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (landlord confirmation)
